Important – eBikes, eScooters and electromobiles maintenance

In order to ensure the longlasting operation and safety of your eBike, foldable electrovelo, eScooter, electric scooter and electromobile a regular maintenance and care is essential.
6 – 8 weeks after purchase the material has adjusted itself and during the first service little readjustments should be made
Afterwards the product should be fully serviced at least once or twice a year.

Workshop

We perform all services and repairs for the eflizzer products in our workshop. We set a high value on our service quality and fair prices, for you to have long lasting fun with your vehicle.

Performance and rates

The basic rates apply if you bring your vehicle to our shop in the Brauerstrasse 102 in 8004 Zürich. Please contact us beforehand to make an appointment by email at [email protected] or by phone +41 43 542 66 90. For an additional surcharge our courier will pick it up at your home anywhere in Switzerland and drop it back off after the service or repair. If you are in a hurry, we offer you our homeservice. The vehicle will be repaired at your home within one day through our service partner Velofit.
